GoVilla Travel is a for sale by owner and for rent by owner marketing and advertising company. GoVilla Travel uses various marketing techniques to bring buyers, renters, and sellers together, and offers a premier service to vacation property owners who wish to rent or sell their vacation properties.
Advertising and Marketing fees are due upon activation of services by GoVilla Travel. Owners have a right to a refund of the advertising fee if they provide written notice by mail to: GoVilla Travel 111 N. Orange Ave. Suite 800 Orlando, FL 32801or via email to [email protected]. Written notice must be sent within ten (10) days upon receipt of confirmation from GoVilla Travel. Confirmation will be sent to customer after payment is submitted and signed contract is received. Advertisements will be listed within 72 hours of voice recorded payment authorization and verification. Initial term of advertising is ninety (90) days. GoVilla Travel will continue advertising the property at no additional cost until the property is rented by owner or sold by owner upon written or verbal notification. Owner’s notification regarding any requested extension must be received by GoVilla Travel prior to the end of the ninety (90) day period and prior to the expiration of each ninety (90) day period thereafter.
GoVilla Travel is an independent for sale/ for rent by owner marketing and advertising company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Solution Focus Inc. GoVilla Travel is NOT a real estate brokerage firm nor is GoVilla Travel affiliated with any vacation property resort. GoVilla Travel does not provide or assist in any direct sale or any real estate brokerage services other than advertising your timeshare interest for sale or rent by you. Any offers submitted by prospective buyers utilizing GoVilla Travel ‘s advertising platforms will be promptly forwarded to the vacation property owner. Upon receipt of an offer, the vacation property owner can choose to handle the transaction on his/her own or retain an independent broker/closing company. GoVilla Travel makes no representation as to your ability to rent your vacation property/ timeshare interest, and you are solely responsible to determine if you may rent your vacation property/ timeshare.
Disclosure required by Fla.Stats. §721.20(9): GoVilla Travel does not provide or engage in real estate broker services. Because GoVilla Travel does not provide real estate services, GoVilla Travel has itself sold zero (0) timeshare Properties. Additionally, GoVilla Travel clients’ may have offline sales generated by offers directly to the owner, GoVilla Travel is unaware of the exact percentage of offers to sales. GoVilla Travel has no knowledge regarding the average success rate of listings to sales because GoVilla Travel is not involved in any negotiations relative to the sale, rental, closing or procurement of buyers of timeshare interests. There is no guarantee that any particular timeshare interest can be rented or sold at any particular price or within any particular time. Any offers submitted by prospective buyers utilizing vs advertising will be promptly forwarded to the timeshare owner. Upon receipt of an offer, the timeshare owner can choose to handle the transaction on his/her own or retain an independent broker/closing company. If an owner chooses to retain a broker/closing agent, there may be fees associated with the rental/sale that GoVilla Travel has no control over.
